DW draws from his multiple areas of expertise to help his audiences  reach peak performance success. He is uniquely qualified: started selling at 9 years old, 3-time Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Survivor, over 25 years of corporate experience as a Million-Dollar sales executive excelling with a Global Multi-Billion Dollar medical information analytics company, international award-winning U.S. Army movie/tv director,  and amateur magician. DW and his wife, Liz, have raised their two children into thriving adulthood.  He is the author of four books with his next due in early 2027.

DW has performed and spoken in 15 countries and 40 U.S. States His Confidence Matters!™ message speaks a universal language that resonates with people of all ages and organizations worldwide.
