My 20 years of research shows most of us do.

It’s like an inner-movie (IM for short) running in our mind, with pictures & sounds.

Unfortunately, for many of us, it’s usually negative.

Maybe your self-talk goes something like this …

“You’re such an idiot, You’re always interrupting or asking dumb questions.”

Maybe it’s – “You’re shy, you’ll always be shy, so don’t even try to talk to them.”

Or this one- “Stop fooling yourself, who do you think you are, you’re the wrong age, or gender, or color, or weight.”

Does it feel like your IM is actually directing you, telling you what to think, do and say?

I’ll bet sometimes you want to tell your inner-movie to shut up, right?

But You don’t know how to do that.

And even If you did… you don’t know what to put in its place.

1 .I am doing the best I can right now.

2. I deserve to be here. I count.

3. It’s only fear, I can get through this.

4. The more I fail, the closer I get to success.

5. I need to be my own best friend.

This is a way to change your self-beliefs, build your self-confidence and be your own Superhero.
