He is an inspirational performer,  speaker, author, and youth advocate who has transformed countless corporate organizations and teens/young adults using his groundbreaking confidence building and self-leadership Superhero formulas.  On a Confidence Crusader™ mission,  he empowers Moms around the planet to raise resilient youth and to help them discover that THE HERO IS WITHIN through their favorite superheroes. He is uniquely qualified: started selling at 9 years old, 3-time Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Survivor, over 25 years of corporate experience as a Million-dollar sales executive excelling with a Global Multi-Billion Dollar medical  information analytics company, international award-winning U.S. Army movie/tv director,  and amateur magician. DW and his wife, Liz, have raised their two children into thriving adulthood.  DW is the author of four books. His next book,  publishing in early 2027, “CONFIDENCE MATTERS! : The Mom’s Playbook for Raising Resilient Youth”, focused on helping Moms raise their children confidently, is jam-packed with stories of triumph and struggle from Moms, humor, and confidence tools and techniques that actually work.
